Game crash

My app keep crashing when I try to play a game. Everything else works just fine... I have a Samsung s10

Try clearing the app cache. If that doesn't help clear the app data and finally, if that doesn't work, uninstall/reinstall.

It doesnt seem to be the games, cause I can easily join bots games or watch analysis... I just can't join online games, wich seems to be a server problem or some kind of api null thingy

Yeah I sent emails to them hope to get some response soon

I have the same phone and same problem. What they need to fix after fixing the problem is adjusting my rating back to normal. Every time I try to start a game, I disconnect and then it resigns me.

true xd even if i suck I still lost over 100 elo cause i'm dumb

I think the bug is due to the new android version from december 22. Cause I havent been able to play since then

The same issue exists in iOS app. A solution that works for me is to simply close the app and reopen. 
The frozen game starts back up with a running clock.

Had the issue a dozen times. 

Wonders - perhaps a server recognizes the app connection where all the games are to be played and an issue is partly there?

I'm having the same issue. I press new game goes looking for new opponents then blanks and then goes back to new game page. Looking at my game archive I've lost about 6 games in a row and my rating has dropped. Fix the bug guys.

doesnt work for me. the game just crashes and doesnt let me go back in... 

yeah hope they fix that cause I cant play on my computer atm so i kinda want to play phone... sucks
