A hammer is for nails and a screwdriver is for screws. Consider whether you have the right toolkit for what you are trying to achieve. I'm talking about skills and thought processes. You may have to include longer games in your repertoire (and lose more than a few in the process) to understand how to play differently and then speed it up for blitz.
Personally, I see no point in playing bullet. There is no satisfaction in any part. Nothing about it will have quality moves.
Next would be blitz which could be seen as the same unless you are above 1500. Then you have theory to test and tactics to spot quickly.
More realistically would be to play rapid games. Instead of looking at the game as one block of time for you and one block of time for your opponent, divide up the moves based on how long it took for each move. This will show you where to play better moves and where you should be playing them faster. As a side result, by doing this you build a memory of these sequences of moves. So, when you play longer time controls you can recall lines as opposed to just one move at a time.
If you can play a move with bullet or blitz speed, do it. Play what you feel you can play while maintaining the position as a draw or advantage as fast as you can. Don't spend a lot of time calculating, as you will have to do this every time you play. It's better to use a flash card method and go back, analyze your games with an engine, record patterns and test yourself so when they come up again you can play them instantly.
Here is an example game I played. I just played as fast as I could from about move 18, playing a pac-man style approach. Take as many pieces, if you see no immediate threat, open up for other pieces to attack. This will increase your chances of mating. I ended up with 8:22 on the clock to their 4:31. Think on their time and understand the position.

Now, let's look at one of your games. The idea is to put pieces that can stay on squares for the long run and see when your opponent slips up to take the advantage. Here is one example line from your game with chances to take the lead.
