Your daily score isn't half bad, so obviously you can play chess if given enough time to think. Maybe just cool it with the blitz for awhile and just work on long games and tactics. Blitz is really about being a showcase for your skills, and if your skills haven't matured yet, then chances are the showcase is empty.
