I try much but my rating is still 1503 at age 14 can I get better? if grandmaster are made then why we can't be better? We try much but we are still at under 2000elo. can we better or not?

At the age of 14, 1503. Ok, that is not bad, but most grandmasters get 2000+ at that age. But you can still do it!
