There is a lot of evidence saying that Tina Tempo is the killer.
But, She only congratulates at the end , she does not admit to the murder.
Also, I got an email saying that the Green Pawn has been captured (not killed).

I finished the murder mystery. I played the Jaenisch Gambit in the Ruy Lopez playing against Tina Tempo and she stated, "Oh no! Who told you that!" or something like that. Anyway, I beat her in the game, and she admitted that it was her but never told anything about being the kidnapper or the murderer. I am certain it was Tina Tempo who kidnapped (or killed) the Green Pawn but it is not 100% proven as she never said in proper words that she did do it but rather congratulated the person and stated, "It was me." so although I am sure about it, she never says that she murdered or kidnapped the Green Pawn.
