Handicap Chess and Elo

Does anyone have an idea about how to calculate someone's playing strength from their handicap chess performance? If I manage to beat a chess engine by taking knight odds or bishop odds, what is my elo? And what about a pawn and a move or the Exchange odds (Rook vs Knight)

Even Grandmasters need odds to beat computers these days.

If you beat a modern engine with such a handicap, and no takebacks or other shenanigans, you must be pretty good.

However, if you want a rating, that tells you your chances against humans, you have to play against humans.

Why not give it a try?
