Your king is in check at the moment. If you want to move your "knight" you can only move it to block the check.

also , be careful when posting current games because it is against the rules to do so but I dont see why this post would be a problem

I'm a noob to posting (first post), chess, and this site. Apologies if this is an inappropriate post.
I'm in the middle of my first game on this site, and I can't figure out why my rook in c4 can't make a move to most "L" areas. In particular, I can't move it to a3, a5, b6, or d6 (was really hoping to move it to capture the pawn in b6, then either take the castle or the bishop. I unfortunately seem to only be able to move it to e3 or e5.
