Help me find the way(s) to beat my dad at chess!

Hi everyone, I would like to tell a story about myself.
Recently, I enjoy playing chess. So I take up chess as a hobby. I have studied chess for like a month and a half now and my highest rating is 672( I know that it's low but that's my effort and I'm pretty proud of it)
I also have a dad (of course) and he plays chess very well, but his playstyle is different from everyone.
He didn't take any chess lessons but instead, he always develops pawns and he usually beat me.
His uses of pawns are very creative, I know he trying to create a good pawns structure but there are a lot more. Mostly he uses his pawns to protect the pawns in the center which is hard for me to capture them with pieces because you know, I will be losing in the material.
He also rarely castling because he said that it's useless, that's what he thinks and I can't stop him to think like that.
Now my skill is maybe just a little bit worse than him but I can beat him several times now.
However, I want you guys (good players) to help me find way(s) to beat my dad playstyle
so that I can beat him more than now
Here is an example:
My dad: White, Me: Black

As you can see, My dad is trying to create the zic-zac pawns structure. Which a little bit annoying for me to break it because I will be losing in the material.
I think my dad is better even though the engine said that I'm better, let me see:
-Rb1 prepare for pawn b3 to push to b4 attacking the bishop
-My two knights are stuck
-Because he doesn't castle, he will push the pawns to break my kingside pawns which protect my king.
-He can launch the f3 pawn to attack my pawn
-Rg1 and then pawn to g5 attack my pawn
I can't analyze mine yet which is sad :c , but I have one:
The engine said that I can have a nice little knight sacrifice at g4 so it will open the line for my queen to attack the king. I don't know but ok
Anyways, Thank you for reading this and I would love it if you help me
Any recommended lessons or anything that help me I will appreciate it!

-trade your bishop with knight if your dad knight is in a3, a6, or h3, h6. This will break your dad pawn structure.

Chess_Heroes_Fang

If your dad playing f3 and g4. Attack with queen check in h4

The book called how to beat your dad at chess. Not joking.

While ur playing just say "Hey! What's that over there?"  & then when he turns to look just snatch one of his pieces off the board.  U just gotta be quick about it.

3 c4 is passive: does not develop a piece into play.
6...Be6 has no point: it stares at b3-c4. You cannot push ...d5 as c4 and e4 guard square d5. Better develop a knight 6...Nge7 and prepare ...O-O and ...f5.
10...O-O misses the opportunity 10...Bxh3 11 gxh3 Nh5 with attack
After 11 g4 Nxg4 you get a crushing attack as well.

These are my 2cents:

-Rb1 prepare for pawn b3 to push to b4 attacking the bishop

Answer:  Your a5 pawn can recapture the b4 pawn

-My two knights are stuck

Answer: Your knights can fall back to a7 or h7

#There are many ways to counter all your problems. So keep on looking for ways to solve the problem. I just give you the basic idea to combat but the execution is yours.

Quickly capture his center pawn. I recommend the Halloween gambit. I know what you’re going through I’m only ten. 🤗

Kings Gambit

Get your kingside knight out quicker and or try for the scholar’s game since he doesn’t like castling.
Vincidroid

Sacrifice the Knight on g4, then go for queen h4 check.

After that,

If moves the king on e2, the play bishop g4 check. (Wins the queen)

Or

If he plays knight f2, then Qf2 checkmate. Notice your dark Square Bishop covering up the f2 square.

Your dad's play style weakness :

He pushes a lot of pawns, hindering his development, which leaves behind a lot of weaknesses. You can exploit them by sacrificing and going straight with all your forces with better coordination.
