A person keeps saying the f word and the s word at me. What can I do?

I already reported him 3 months ago but he wasn't banned. WHY???

Swearing is against chess.com's tos, so report them and optionally block them. If they aren't banned, then they were probably warned or muted. Bans are the most extreme of punishments.

How about grow up and not get offended by characters on a computer screen

Your advice is good, however I wouldn't say your country is famous for not being offended easily. Just the contrary.

I reported you for racism. Hopefully you get banned along with the cheater
