HELP REPAIRING A BROKEN KINGS CROWN

I would probably not use Gorilla Glue. As excellent as it is, Gorilla Glue is a polyurethane adhesive that will expand a bit as it dries and ooze out of the crack. You would then have to sand it down more than you may want. A good wood glue should do the trick and you can easily wipe away any excess at the beginning. You'll want to figure out a way to clamp the broken part onto the king overnight as well. Good luck.

I once put a drop of super glue on my opponents Queen, to this day they still go on about it, they just can't let it go

This is your opportunity to display creativity. Are you familiar with the rock band Devo? They would play gigs with flower pots on their heads, so, a tiny terra cotta? Alternatively, you could go with a tiny colander, and when your opponents ask about it (and they will), you say that the Black King is a member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Someday I will field a 16-piece chess army wearing Stetsons.

No luck yet because I have been busy. I am free tomorrow so I will swing by Home Depot and buy some wood glue. I been playing with my set still and honestly it now feels weird playing the King without a crown lmao.
Dude it sucks because this is a brand new set which I waited for a month (India Post shipping) from chess bazaar. and in only 4 days the kings crown chipped off. And on their site they stated this wooden set is made for Blitz play. BTW my set is the GM blitz edition.

Why not Fedoras?

Wow, you must have really banged it around. I have that set and abuse it and have not chipped/broken any of the pieces. (And I am assuming you mean the cross? The King does not have a "crown". But what on earth were you doing to snap off the cross?)

If it's a very small piece that is broken - like about 1 mm or 1/16" in size, from my amateur experience with building and repairing cabinets, doors, etc., I don't think standard wood glue will hold strong enough and I'd use one the polyurethanes like Gorilla Glue. You will have to sand off the excess but you may only need to do a little bit with the edge of a fingernail file. Then find a close match to the color of the piece and apply it with a piece of cotton, very small (less than 1 mm) at the end where the paint is applied. If you carefully don't put much paint on the cotton, you can dab it on the piece adjacent to the repair area and it will apply just enough paint to the the repaired paint blend-in with the rest.
