You can look for databases in PGN format elsewhere. This is ChessBase territory though. PGN files don’t scale well for millions of games.
HIARCS

How do you compare analysis time? Different engines will show you different nodes/sec even on the same machine.
Also, the engine version you have uses a single core. The multi-core version is a paid upgrade.

I know this might seem random... on HIARCs, when I select a piece, it highlights the best square for it to go to, which is annoying if I'm trying to solve a puzzle, or don't want to know what the best move is. Is there a way to turn that feature off? Thanks!

WOW! Thank you for your comment. That was some extremely helpful insight that will take me far! I really appreciate the time and effort you put into this reply. Thank you for your time

"The chess engine generally used by World Chess Champion Vishy Anand"
The site is a bit outdated, LOL

As for as I can see in Hiarcs Forum,Mark Uniacke hasnt posted in over a year. HIARCS EXPLORER 2.O MAY BE DEAD. Could be in the same zone as Martins next book for "A Song of Ice and Fire".
One thing I found was that there database of master games only covered games from 2002-2012, is there a way to get a better database?
