Nope.
He is world #2 right now in classical. If he keeps this up and does well in the Chess World Cup, FIDE Grand Swiss, or FIDE Circuit then he has an actual chance of winning the Candidates and possibly beating Ding to win the Championship.
Yeah I wouldn't bet on Hikaru, if he gets lucky maybe. Nepo or Fabi probably have a better chance.
