How can I reset my current Elo rating?

The question says it all. 

Why? Because I think most of my wins are out of luck and still have much to learn in the middle game.

Chess.com doesn't allow that.  It's possible of course that some players in your situation simply close their accounts and open new ones.  Really though, since the only purpose of ratings here is to try and match you with someone of similar skills so you can have a good game, why bother?  If your rating is a little off, then a few losses will knock it down.

My rating just hit 2000. =(

And I find 1800 plus players hard already, and want to play more leisurely and not competitively.

Sure, you just have to jump through a few hoops to find it.  When you are selecting the time control you want on the drop down menu, choose Custom.  A Rating Options button pops up.  Click it and then choose unrated.  Have fun!

My chess rating started at 1200 and after many games it has never changed.  How do I update my rating?

Most of your recent games have been against the bots and those don't get rated.

I made the mistake of pressing beginner setting my elo to 800

I joined when 1200 was the only option. I had to lose lots of games to get down to where I need to be.

You could manipulate your K-value by not playing for a few months. Lose the first few games when you come back to lower your rating, or win them to increase your rating.

is there a way to change something on my account, when i first started my account i dropped the first 5 games as a joke but now it seems im stuck gaining and losing only around 7 elo per game and it is really annoying. I really hope i can change this

we all get like 7 elo per win. More if the opponent is higher rated. its normal

You can change/increase your chess elo rating by playing higher rated players. Higher rated players give more elo to your elo if you win but it will be hard to win. i suggest just stick with your recommended elo. btw you can change ur opponents rating by selecting play, then custom, then select your elo, and then just press play and it well put you against that elo

I think it would be considered as cheating/smurfing.

Bot games aren't saved by default. If you run a Game Review on the website they'll save. Or you can manually save after the game on web and Android.

My elo is 400, but I beat all of the beginner levels and almost all the intermediate levels but it just keeps being 400. How can I fix It
