How do I contact chess.com to delete my account and all my information from their site?

There are just too many cheaters on this site. Obvious bot use, 1100s playing like titled players and cheatdotcom apparently couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Their email address seems to be unmonitored. How do I contact these people to tell them to delete all my information off of their website?

As to the email address, it's monitored but it could take 2-3 days to get response, especially since it's the weekend.

It's been well over 2 or 3 business days since I've emailed these clowns.
