how do I find someone

I am trying to figure out how to find a friend I want to play on here. Help anyone

The Search Bar on the top right corner of your screen (next to your username and above the Home Button) is used to search for everything

on chess.com

Type his chess.com user name at the end of this url:

www.chess.com/members/view/

Or text / email your friend your chess.com user name and have him friend / message you on this site.

how about in 2021? I don't see a search place anymore to find someone

Go to the side menu, select the play or hand on pawn then click on new game then click play.

far left, see the two heads just under the binoculars (2 down) click on the and put in their name and it should find them.
