I am really trying to get better at time management, all the blogs I have read show the same stuff which I have tried with no results, any tips?

Well maybe you should explain what you mean.

Your stats don't show evidence of a problem. You rarely lose on time.

The stats say you have only lost 6.3% of your rapid games by timeout.

Bad time management is not always not having enough time and losing because of it, it can also be playing too fast

I am fine w/ no increment, but time controls like 15+10 cause me a lot of problems because I can't play fast, neither can I play slowly

What time control are you talking about? Classical/Rapid/Blitz/Bullet? With or without increment?

If you play with increment, then use all your time before move 30 and finish the game on increment. Most games are essentially decided by move 30. It is better to have a winning position short on time than a losing position with plenty of time left on your clock.

If you play without increment, then it is trickier. You want yo leave enough time to finish, but not too much too increase your chances getting a won position in the first place.
If you lose on the board with clock time left, then you played too fast. If you had thought more, then you might not have lost.
It is OK to lose on time in a lost position: you gave it your best effort.
If you lose on time in a won position, then you played too slowly. Identify the one move that took you most time. Was it a good move? Could you have found it faster? Why did you think so long?
