The two things I personally find the most useful to me are, the openings section showing the win/draw/loss ratio of the games depending on which opening was played. There I can see which openings I need to study more or which ones I better avoid altogether. The second thing I enjoy doing isn't directly helping to improve my chess. When I am feeling a bit down about my play, I like comparing my recent performance with my past one. Focusing on how far I have already gotten instead of getting tilted over a couple of bad games. It gives me motivation to keep on improving and learning.
How do I use insights to the maximum effect?

First post so sorry if I messed something up.
Just a little while ago I got the diamond chess.com subscription (yay!) and the insights sort of overwhelmed me. Is there a specific part I should focus on? And how should I actually practice the things i'm bad at in insights? Thanks in advance.
