I know I can win on time, but I feel that's cheating, If I want I can beat the Magni in a bullet game. Really, I am talking about the no time limits one, but I think you know that. So all I do is get to 1800? Well I'll try.

In order to outskill Noam, you must:

I only beat Noam twice. One of those times, they blundered in the first 20 moves and I got a back rank mate. That game was lost to time apparently.
This is the other win, so basically the strategy is to savagely rematch them until he makes an excessive amount of mistakes:
