I closed opened a new account then asked an admin (@david at that time) and he reopened. Make sure to open the new acc with the SAME email.
Closing an account = 1. go to setting. 2. (if u see a thing that says ¨Manage account¨ )click on it, and it´ll show an option to close your account.
Opening an account = 1. Email chess.com staff. Email = Support@chess.com. 2. Make sure you email with the email that´s linked with your account.
Close it by going to https://www.chess.com/settings/manage-account and reopen by mailing the support group
