It appears that scores of 50 and above in puzzle rush are deemed unattainable by untitled players, and need to be verified manually to show on leaderboards. I have a score of 50 in five-minute that has still not been approved after contacting support.

do you just contact support for them to approve your scores above 50
Like I said previously, I am not aware that you need to be approved to appear on the Puzzle Rush leaderboard.

Ok, so there is a process. The question now is whether that process is run automatically by the Fair Play team or it has to be manually started.

I can see on your stats that you scored 50 on May 14th. When did you write to support and how long ago did you receive that note from support?

I reported this as a bug very soon after I achieved the score, and received that note on May 15th.
@justbefair Any update on this? It has been over a week and my score has still not been updated on the leaderboards.
Long story short, a while ago chess.com started making it a requirement to be "approved" in order to qualify for above 50 puzzle rush scores to appear on the leaderboard. These approved people generally being titled players but I also see untitled all the time.
I get it, people cheat on puzzles, so this is done to protect people who got such scores with honest work.
I messaged chess.com support a while ago after getting a score above 50 but they did not tell me how to get approved, they just made me aware of this and I researched further on the chess.com forums without finding an answer. Is there a way? Since then, I get a score above 50 regularly but my high score does not show on the leaderboard and sometimes doesn't even register on my profile.
So at the same time it's, disrespectful to people who want to be on the leaderboard and do not cheat. Chess.com has not made it clear on the future plans with this.
