How do you get the “Grand Master” title? (I’m new here...)

The site does not give out titles, just recognizes titles gained in over the board regular rated official play.

Realistically, no. Theoretically, I guess. What you would need to do is reach a FIDE-rating of 2500 and get three grandmaster norms from very high level tournaments.
Considering you're from United States you could possibly get a NM (national master) title one day, by reaching a 2200 rating in USCF competitive play. Meaning you start playing over the board tournament games and play until you reach 2200 rating. Assuming you're relatively smart, hard-working and extremely dedicated you might be able to pull it off in 5 to 10 years of daily practice.
Now is that realistic goal? Hard to say without knowing you.
Regardless getting any title (NM, CM, FM, IM or GM) would require years and years of dedicated practice and playing a lot of over the board tournaments. And even then the chances for getting there would be rather slim.
Maybe you should aim for a more reasonable goal like getting to 1000 rating online and then 1500. If you can get to 1500 online, you might actually have a chance of becoming a really good player if you pour all your dedication into it. After that you should still consider whether spending so much time and effort into trying to get a chess title is actually worth the effort. Remember that titled master players are generally able to play online (like at chess.com) at like 2500+ rating level. You're rated between 300-400, so you'll see that it's quite a leap in ability.

...which is exactly the reason why people must resort to less-than-legal practices.

Do I look like a toasty pigeon?
I was drawn to the foodology.ca, then saw the image, and boy, I spluttered my MountainDew...

is there any hack to get gm title
Look into a Mirror and say "Bloody Mary" 3 times. Wait 10 minutes and then eat a slice of cheese cake.
AND BOOM.... you will have a GM title on the site.
NOTE: It must be 10 minutes exactly or it will not work... Millisecond count here.
Good Luck
