How do you preset moves?

Premoves are awesome, especially when white plays 1e4 and you play d5 and they pre moved Nf3. Free pawn! Lol
I have seen other players preset their move in response to any move their opponent makes however I have yet to been informed how to do so. I feel like it is a crucial function as I would have been the victor to multiple games rather than the loser to this. I do not know why this isn't a sticky as many games are determined by seconds. It is frustrating that this information isn't readily available.
