How does the rating system work?

I created this new account today, I won all the first 10 matches, but my rating is still at 1050, how does this rating system work?

I thought that if I won several games my rating would increase quickly, but with each game I win the rating I gain decreases.

The rating went up over 600 points in 10 games

your rating increase isn't affected by how many times in a row you win, it is affected by the rating of your opponent and how accurate your rating is (aka how many games you have played)

once you have played a total of 25 games, the max rating increase you can get from one 15|10 game is 16 points.

oh ok, I thought that if I win all the first 10 matches the system would think that I am much higher than my current rating, so to balance it I should pair myself with opponents with a much higher rating and if I win my rating would go up even more

There 2 points for win. Minus 10 if you lose and 1 point for the draw!! Its normal that after 10 games you have not really improved very much

It depends on the players' ratings and their respective rating deviation values.

The last game in that screenshot shows the player gained 43 points due to a high RD value.
