How is this not checkmate?

So, I just played this game. The computer and my opponent both seem to think I could have moved a pawn to G3, but it looks like checkmate to me mate to me.lol Am I crazy or what? [Site "Chess.com iPhone"]

Pawn to G3 is an en passant capture, which will remove the pawn on G4 which is checking you. Then you would no longer be in check. :)
