How long does it take to regain skill

Hi. I started playing chess on about may 2020. By about March 2021 I had played so much during coving etc that I reached a highest of 1560 elo. Then I went on a near 4 year break from chess up until last night, aside from a short spell in 2022 and playing some friends I know personally a few times in 2023. I stopped because my laptop br9ke, and I never got back into chess because I started studying at university and got far too busy. Yesterday I decided to pick it back up and I knew after nearly 4 years I'd lose elo but I've fallen to 1200 lol I didn't expect to get as rusty as I have. Will I get back to my average elo of about 1450ish quicker or will it take me as long t9 improve as the first time? Also, in this last game I played I was curious why engine wanted me to play queen d2 on move 11 instead of queen c4 I'm trying to understand postions more now previously I focused more on tactics. Queen d2 seems so slow to my smooth brain
