How many bullet games do you have to play per day to have an "active rating"?

Historically it has always been 20 rated games total, at least one of which has to be in the last 90 days.
Chess.com's leaderboards are a bit messed up at the moment. Lot's of people who should be on there aren't. They are supposed to be working on fixing it.

Yeah, I would think I should definitely be on there. I've played more than 200 1 minute games alone just within the past 2 weeks. Does anyone know if chess.com is working on fixing this?
