@Martin_Stahl Your answer probably refer to Mr.Wick23, not me, right? 
I changed my name in November last year. 90 days passed on February 16 or 17. Change should thus be possible, but it is not. Since then I keep receiving the message that the name can be changed only once.
Regarding support, I noticed that the link you provided above does not work. Here is what I get:

You can change your username by going to settings and clicking "All Settings." Click "Profile" and then you will see something that says your username and then "change" next to it.

Then they cancelled it for violation of fair pley . . . But they left a link to my new name .
and they refused to remove it . . .
