I don't even know my exact puzzle rating right now though. I remember reaching over 2400. I then dropped below it a little and then got back over it again, so I know it is 2400+, but I don't have the number memorized.

It is usually best to do chess puzzles routinely (every day preferably), but with quality over quantity and consistent with the routine of doing them. Many players do tactics puzzles too much and burn themselves out - then go on a hiatus for a few months and then come back whenever. This is not best. It is much more instructive to do chess puzzles regularly - even if just 5 puzzles a day.
The reason I stopped doing them regularly (although I was dedicated to doing them each day for years) was just because recently I've been using that time to work on my goal in puzzle rush survival. It is almost like a temporary substitute, but chess puzzles are chess puzzles, so it isn't like I stopped learning all together.
p.s. I don't know what the "average" chess.com puzzles rating is, but I'm sure it is way closer to 1000 rating than most members posting in this thread. Higher rated players are more inclined to flex their awesome ratings that took years of learning 
compared to shy players closer to average.
I know puzzles are NOT equal to games, but the average (better than 50% of all active players) chess.com rating for rapid is around 1150 or so. You reaching 1000 puzzles rating already is a nice milestone; keep it up and keep learning

Thanks Yes, my goal has been working towards 50+ puzzle rush survival score. I still haven't done it after months of trying. I attempt it most days (some days I'm busy irl so can't), but my current record is still 48. I'm getting a lot closer more often, but still not quite there

I tilted terribly in puzzles . I had reached 2400 and dreamt of reaching 3000 one day , but alas I ended up being on 2000+ . By the way these are not too high numbers . People with puzzle rating of 50000+ must be laughing at as lol.
