How reliable is this Elo Rating test?

Seems to add +200-300 vs people's OTB ratings. One guy I saw even more (+500) but he might be underrated or something.
As I like to joke (well, half-joke) there is a site that can give you a more reliable estimate because it uses games instead of puzzles... that site is chess.com with their live games
