and then ,, it is a stalemate and the game counted as a draw ??

BorgQueen's explanation is absolutely correct. I will only add the following excerpt from Chess.com's version of the rules of chess, which explains the various draw scenarios:
Occasionally chess games do not end with a winner, but with a draw. There are 5 reasons why a chess game may end in a draw:
okay ,
another question
this rule is very unfair ,,
why i have all my army and he has only a king
and we are drawn
my score was 38 and he was just 8 ??
how this could be fair rule ?
Read what BorgQueen said.
The idea of the game is not to capture the army, but to checkmate the King.
I am almost 100% certain that in the position you posted there must have been at least one checkmate available. That is always better than just taking material.
Okay Okay Guys ,,
Thanks Very Much
Thanks rooperi , BorgQueen and Quizzy
and i didn't know that if i had make him check for one time
that would not happen ,, and from this the rule is good and fair
but i wasn't know about it
and about capture the whole army ,,
i think i have used to play total war games for about 6 years
so it makes me want to sweep my enemy not only defeat him
Thanks Again ,
i read all your comments BorgQueen
and thanks for helping me and i am sorry for being rude
or saying that it is unfair .
and i will learn from this in the future and will not blunder again
and really you are right i was greedy to capture all his useless pawns
and didn't made a check
and i will see my check mate moves which i missed it
and will learn from it
and i am sorry for being rude ,, again
Advise from the mediocre:
If you don't know about castling, look it up in the rules (see "chess rules & basics" under the "learn" tab'; scroll down to "special rules")
If you do know about castling, consider it in your games because it is a very useful defensive move that will help you if you use it.
