How to achieve consistency in chess?

Hi everyone,
I am rated ~1000 and for some days ins a row I play like 1400, some games even achieving 1900 according to stockfish but then I play a few days in a row like a 800. What is the secret to achieve consistency and not fluctuate so much from game to game?
