Thank you! This really helps!
how to be good in hyperbullet or ultrabullet

nice! however, one thing I would add is that trading in all situations is mostly only good in hyper fiesta, where as war for throne 2 and the like, you only trade sometimes

hyper, i feel the trading thing is for second (or playing fiesta) and also, I have flagged on 0.2 with premoves

My premove is always 0.3-0.5sec max. I never made the 0.1sec premove despite the 55mbps down/up speed. Or maybe this speed isnt fast enough for the legendary .1sec premove

Thanks hyper for the tips they help now also it makes sense to me and have no idea why I had no thought about this.
1. Trading
Trading will give you points throughout the game. You want to trade pieces. Queens are worth 9 points. Rook=5. Bishop=5. Knight=3. Pawn=1
2. King safety
Use your pieces to defend you king from checks so that you don't lose time unless you know that your opponents will check you, you can pre-move out. I'll go into death later.
3. Pre-moving
Pre-moving is very useful when playing fast chess. (This is the only way you can move in 0.000 milliseconds.) You need to practice this skill in order to be good in hyperbullet or ultrabullet.
4. threatening checkmate
Develop your pieces into a way that lets you checkmate you opponents in multiple ways. Playing live chess will help you calculate better in these games so your more aware. I recommended playing 5 minutes live chess.
