How To Become a National Master?

As the title states, how do I become a NM? I understand that you must have a 2200 OTB rating and other requirements. But I was wondering HOW?? like what must I do to get at that level? im already a 1700-1800 (chess.com rating) use to be 1900!! on a old account but I just lost my touch.. Im rated 1173 which is off by a lot. I can beat 1900 OTB rating and anything really lower but again I lost my touch..

My question is what should I do to get better? 

Should I get a coach? if so who? (I am self taught other then a few of GothamChess's videos) HELP!

I do daily Puzzles too so IDK..

IDK bro i watch Gotham Chess for openings and other vids but that's it i do know that he has a vid on common problems all chess players make you may want to watch thows but idk how to help if i come up with something i will tell you asap
