Continue to develop normally. Bc5 is pretty common but Nf6 is still good if you know what to do.

Yup, both Bc5 and Nf6 are good alternatives, but either one will require a bit of preparation.

There’s the main options 3...Bc5 (as mentioned) going into the Giuoco Piano or as some call it The Italian Game 3...Nf6 the Two Knights Defense (also mentioned) which usually will involve a pawn sacrifice for initiative and development. There are also some sidelines like 3...Nd4 which sets a trap (but I’ve never gotten anyone to fall into it) a reasonable but less seen idea is 3...Be7

You can also go h3, f5 (more complicated) or Nd4 (not recomended).
