open fritz, then go to open database from the application menu, select the files and open them. you should be able to see whats inside.

Couple of days back one of my friends gave me a CD regarding King's indian defense training. It is full of chessbase files (.cbp, .cbt, .cbh etc.). I use Deep Fritz 13 and I have no idea how can I best use these files.
Any suggestions?
