how to follow and who to follow

How do I follow people, and which of the great great players on here do y’all recommend is with a follow? Thank you.

To follow a chess.com member, simply start by clicking their profile. Towards the upper-right there is: Challenge, Add Friend, Message and "More." The Follow option is under the "More" menu and just below "award".
p.s. Also, chess.com friends are also "followers" with extra options available.
Other than my "chess.com friends" I don't currently follow anyone, so I wouldn't know who to follow, but I would imagine chess streamers or chess authors you like. By following them, you will be notified when they "go live" for a chess stream or when they post new content (like a chess article or something like that).

It’s really a gamble every time you follow someone. I was following someone I thought was a good chess player and they led me all the way to the beach.

xD You should have kept following them. Some of the best "chess hustlers" hang out at parks and beaches. Hawaii beaches for example have lots of chess players at the tables!

It is sometimes hard to take Hikaru seriously when I watch his streams because he just wears pineappple shirts all the time, and for his disrespect speedrun those glasses are fire
