How to get a cool af board like Boxbox?

You guys know Boxboxs board? It has sick electric effects appear on moves and captures and glowing tiles, wondering if anyone knows how to get something similar.

I dont see those glowing lights and electric effects options under my themes options.

Use the Animation type of Arcade and one of the more colorful sets and board.

With these settings you get the exact same effects and animations as boxbox:

Go to "settings" -> "Board and pieces". Select the following options:

Pieces = Glass
Board = 8-bit
Animation type = Arcade

I don't know if this is also necessary but you could try: "settings" -> "Live chess" activate the option "Right Button Draw Arrows and Highlights".

The electric effect doesn't appear even when I put arcade animation, Is there something wrong with my device?

There were changes to the animations since this was posted.

Aw mann, that animation was really cool

Arcade was nice and all but was really slow of an animation and was super laggy

you can get the blue and red but I dont know how to get lightning
