There are NO online sources for official tournament FIDE ratings. You must play at a real chessboard in person at an officially sponsored FIDE event.

Or you can also play in arena.myfide.net and get online fide ratings, but this rating will not be used in Over the Board tournaments

It’s not recognized as very legitimate, and it can’t be used, for example, to enter Titled Tuesday. It’s more a way for FIDE to get people to play on their site.

psttttt. Here's a faster way, Go to settings. You will see an about me form, just above that, you will see an OTB rating option, This one-->
Choose FIDE as the organization, and then select your rating. You can just type it.
