How to play chess against yourself in the app? Why there’s no option available in the mobile app?

There is Pass and Play and an Analysis Board on Android.

You can't, unfortunately. I'm sure there's millions of people, myself included, who would like to be able to tell the story of that time they lost to the world champion.

I can't find any way to have free board where I am in sole control of all white/black pieces on the android app.  Is there actually a way?

Learn>Practice>Custom Position lets you set up and play against the 1700 engine, or you can just mess around with the pieces. ***** Learn>Analysis>Set up Position lets you plug in games and will analyze the situation as you go. Look at the settings buttons. ***** Pass and Play lets you make a move and then hand the phone to a friend who makes his move, or play yourself, and so on.

There is a solution on the mobile app. To find this once you open the app on Home screen, tap play and then before pressing Start Game we need to look bottom options below vs Computer and tap More. The Pass & Play button with icon of group of people, starts the game in play chess against yourself mode. The board rotates once you make a move each time to your own opponent to your previous move.
