Polish defense is 1.d4 b5. After 1.e4, if this is your question, you can play a6 and then play b5, unless white plays a4 or c4. But i tell you one thing. It is very unhealthy for 400 rated player to play such obscure openings. If you want to be good chess player, you should first study classical openings: 1.e4 e5 and 1.d4 d5. Developing all pieces, fighting for center. You doń have to play Polish opening just because you are Polish. If you are proud to be Polish, study games of Akiba Rubinstein. That will teach you how to play good chess.
