How to stop abusers

People losing to me hard posting bad words in my home page wall, see all my notes. They say i am engine and in fast 3 min games i don't know how i can use engine!, if u see my 3 min games you will realize these moves are not like of engines. I doubt they report being angry!, what measures are being taken for this behaviour or should i report and how??

A few things you can do.  

• Ignore it and delete any notes they may leave. Some people don't handle losing very well and lash out. 
• Block them and delete notes. This will prevent you from being paired with them,  except in tourneys and stop them from posting to your content.
• Report them. If the abuse is egregious the use the following to report:   https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

is there a way to contact chess.com support with the chat box screenshot showing their bad chat messages? or what other things to show ? else how to show evidence that he is abusing me saying engines and ...

You can take a screenshot via your local computer. If you have a recent version of Windows you should have a snipping tool. I don't believe you can insert an image into that form though but you can mention you have a screenshot you can provide.
