yes - go to that person's page and there is a link to stop tracking. or go to ACCOUNT > ALERTS

ah.. thank you! i couldn't find the link to stop tracking.. but the accounts > alerts path worked.. thank you!
Turns out I was 'tracking' almost 300 people. Funny, seeing as how I've never purposely tracked ANYONE ha
