I think they move where Queens can't.
How you think horse's move?

How do you think the horses move? Like Mickey Mouse's ear or two horizontally or vertically and then one vertically or horizontally? I think they move like Micky Mouse's ear.
I have to disagree; I think they move a lot more like Jean Sibelius's cigar when he is out in the mountains.

...very quickly so the bishops are unable to catch up to them! Except when they eat a lot of hay, which does terrible things for their mobility; might I suggest limiting your horse's grain intake to 7.256 kilograms or less per day?

I think the horses move like a Heart with an arrow sticking out on 1 side.
The heart with an arrow penetrating the side of it acts as a symbol.
It is the symbol of the broken hearted horse!
History tells us Horses ran wild and free!
The original horses were called mustangs which came from Colonial Spanish horses.
They were Untamed, Undomesticated, and Free!
When the Spanish discovered the New World America they brought Domesticated horses.
The Horses we see today roaming around freely in America are called Mustangs.
Mustangs are considered wild horses, but because they are descended from once-domesticated horses.
They are better defined as feral horses.
These feral horses are wild & free!
This is why the horse in chess moves like a heart with an arrow through it!
For it is broken hearted!
It isn't free to roam around the chess board.
It is limited.
Ruled by chess users who don't care about themselves let alone a small innocent little horse!
The horse moves like a heart with an arrow in it.
However, It doesn't surpise me that many people on this forum say the horse moves like an "L".
Why the letter "L"?
Can you not guess why?
The word "Love" begins with the letter "L".
Even though you are cruel to your horses, sacrifice them, hang them, chip there ears, and show no compassion to them!
At the end of the day they still Love you!
Why should they love a monster like you?
I guess that is the ultimate question!
