2700 tactics is pretty amazing. Obviously it's not a "real" 2700 chess rating but it probably means you are really really good at tactics. Now just work on other parts of the game and become a NM

You may want to test your skills in a stronger pool, like ChessTempo's blitz pool for example.

My CT blitz rating hovers around 1900. The top active CT blitz player is currently rated 2319. I don't know the correlation between both pools, but CT's pool is certainly stronger and of course, the ratings are lower.
I think the CT blitz pool is small for two reasons :
- it's not very well known (even by CT users, most of them use CT standard)
- it's extremely competitive, and many players probably shy away from it because they can't get a satisfactory rating there.
