Do you wsant to play live games, or online?
I am beginner I don`t know what to do

Well, the best you can do is to create a new game with rating preference of 1200 (which is your current rating) and lower.

You will probably want to set the rating preference much lower than 1200 if you are a total beginner, as a rating of 1200 after playing enough games to establish a stable rating indicates that someone is much stronger than a total beginner would be.
I think the best learning resources for beginners are Dan Heisman's Novice Nook columns, a great selection of which is collected and expanded upon in his book, A Guide to Chess Improvement: the Best of Novice Nook.

He can't do that as he is unrated and must include his own rating.

Also, if you really want to make your playing more fun try out some of the sites tools for making you better. We all strive to improve. But if you combine lessons along with playing you'll enjoy chess so much more. You might want to try this http://www.chess.com/article/view/study-plan-beyond-the-basics#playfirstlive & then browse around the tab up top where it says "learn". The videos are good on here & an easy way to gain new knowledge.

There are 2 sorts of chess here - "Online" and "Live". Online is played over a very long period of time, with up to 5 days or more per move; you're allowed to use opening databases/literature and try out lines on the built in analysis board, but no engine use is allowed. Live chess is shorter games, from 1 min up to a couple of hours each for all moves (no engine use or help of any kind permitted).
Both sorts have options for setting the rating seek; if you set them low, you'll be playing beginners like yourself.

He can't do that as he is unrated and must include his own rating.
Are you saying it's not possible to set the rating range to (for example) 600-900 when placing a game seek for online games if one is unrated?

I think it is not, yes. At least not in rated games, I am not sure how is with unrated ones.

Interesting! Can anybody else confirm that? I thought one could always set the low/high to any value, and I don't see any mention of this restriction on https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444880-what-do-i-need-to-know-to-get-started-with-online-chess-
