Do you know how to post a game with the PGN file on here? If so please show an example game.
I can't even beat the computer on level 1...

Chess is hard to learn just by "doing". A modest knowledge base helps immensely. So...These are free and well worth doing if you want to improve. You may need to review some of the lessons many times if this is all new to you.

Good luck!

Some simple advice...
1. Try to not make too many pawn moves to start rather try to get as many pieces into the action you can.
2. Dont get your queen out too early. Sometimes you might have to move your queen but you dont want this piece dancing all over the board.
3. If possible try not to move any piece more than once until you gotten every piece active.
4. Before every move stop and double check that your not missing something obvious. Like allowing checkmate or leaving an attacked piece unguarded.
5. Study tactics and basic checkmating patterns
This is all assuming you at least know how all the pieces move and capture. If you dont know how they move/capture then thats where you need to start.

Play against human players instead. It is better than playing a weak computer when you are starting out.
Incidentally you don't seem to have played the computer in this site so I assume you mean a different chess program.
Yes it is most annoying, as level 1 is extremely difficult on the chess.com website. But however it is very easy on the chess.com mobile application for some reason. I think the programmers on this site have made a big error in programming difficulty levels on the main site as the games on the main site are much, much harder than the ones of the mobile application!

Anyone else have trouble ? Any tips? I'm getting frustrated.
You are still at the beginning of your chess career, things will certainly improve by playing regularly and analysing your games. You should begin already to learn some basic openings for black and white, but the most important thing I guess is to do as much tactics as you can, so you will see more what is going on at the board.
The great thing about people with a low rating is that they can improve rather quickly if they really invest enough time to improve. First, I would not play against a computer, even not at level one. If you really want to improve you should play Daily Chess against humans, and invest enough time to find out which are the best moves. I am right now playing a single Daily Chess game, and I spent something like 2 hours to play one move. It seems exaggerated right? But there is a coach in chess.com that will tell you to spend at least three hours on a move. In Daily Chess you can use an analyse board (of course without the help of an engine) to try the moves. With the time you will get used to spend also enough time when playing other games (but not blitz: try at least 30 minutes per game, better even longer games).
. If you really want to improve, take a book with a basic repertoire, something like "My First Chess Opening Repertoire for White" by Vincent Moret. There are not thousand of variations, but just enough to give you an idea how to play with white and have a lot of fun. The book is also available in the website Chessable (www.chessable.com). The cool thing there is that you can learn your lines using spaced repetition, so you will be 100% sure that you will remember the moves when playing your games. In the same website you will find other interesting things, like a book on tactics for beginners and a free book on basic endgames. I wish you good luck and don't give up!

This.
Try playing on the mobile app instead. There are days that I still get beat by Level 1 on the computer, but can beat Level 3 on the app. It's odd to say the very least.

Very odd, I can't beat computer 1 either; I think it might be because I was at a high ranking so its difficulty increased also.
On the contrary, I'd be frustrated if I'm able to easily beat a computer. Nothing like a good, tough opponent to get excited about playing a game.

Victory over weak opponents will only reinforce bad play. Losing will quickly help you see the holes in your play.
