I found the crazy hard Crystal division

Honestly, I don't think the average Elite divisions are going to be this hard.   The 4th place guy is 26th overall on the leaderboard.  Imagine having 3350 and it's not even halfway through the week, and you're in 4th place.  Wow!

Idgaf about leagues and I don't see how anybody could care. Being high up isn't rewarding at all, it just means you've wasted too much time on this game

I'm just waiting for it to settle down a bit (Lost my first division so I don't have tons of people going for the prize pool)

I think top people in Crystal league don’t sleep or eat much. I maybe stuck in Crystal league too.🙁I’ll try again next week. Please put me in an easier division with normal people 🙏

Double?? I will have to sleep only 2 hours per day  and eat 1 meal and shower once a week 🥶 Will I be alive ? I’m not going to kill myself trying to win. 

I'm going to guess that almost all Elite divisions are going to be hard. There's not going to be very many of them, at 9 max, and almost all the top scorers on the leaderboards will be in them.

Trust in the folks at chess.com to screw up the design of the league system.

Wait a couple of weeks and these hard-chargers will be gone.

Then it will cost 10% of the effort to get promoted.

Time will tell but I'm guessing Crystal and Elite will be minimum 1,500-2,000 points to promote in most divisions for a while, even after the contest ends. It's hard to say what legend eventually will be, but I'm guessing more than that.

Mod Martin , did you say playing simultaneous games in league competition is not allowed ? i told this guy and he doesn’t believe me. please tell him, thank you

It officially not allowed and the site is working on a technical solution to prevent it.

Another question: What happens if maybe 460 players enter the elite league? Do 10 players get no league and have to wait for another week to play?
