Accuracy is actually not a factor in chess.com fair play, a player can have 100 percent accuracy and not get banned while someone with 50 might be(just an example).
Apply to Cheating Forum. If you are cheating, you’ll be banned right away even before you can enter into the club.
I don't think you will get banned because when you play a decent game of chess againt someone who got a really bad capscore your own capscore gets higher so. No, you won't get banned.

well 99.7 accuracy does seem like a cheater accuracy, but if it was 11 moves I understand
you can probably send the link of the game so it's proof.

First of, humblebrag. Second, if they have 7 accuracy it's not suspicious to reach perfect accuracy.
