I just lost my last 7 games, what do I do

Take a break if you are tilted. Otherwise just keep playing and working on your game. Losing 7 games in a row may be unpleasant, but not unheard of (I had longer losing streaks).

My Chess is very mood dependant, unfortunately. Your may be too. As others here have said, you should just take at least a 1 day break and maybe just watch some Chess stuff on youtube or do some tactica puzzles.

I've done some tactical puzzles and won my next game! thanks (turns out my coordination with my pieces was terrible. For example, I could have taken a queen but i didnt see the move and made a dumb one instead. I'm gonna work on my tactics and make them sharper than a knife, thanks again!)

Stop playing, study chess books. Every time I've done that after a losing streak, I started crushing people that were at my rating. Not that I'm really good or anything, but that's my advice

Hello, just wanted to tell you that you should improve! My streak was 27, so don’t worry! I just simply improved and I got a streak of 12. All in all, you need to improve to get better. I wrote this to let you improve.

If you play "Daily" chess and you're  a premium member, you can use the Opening Book. You'll always have a solid opening game and you'll learn your openings. If you outplay your opponent in the Opening, you have a good chance of winning.

You will eventually improve after practising on tactics for some time. Once you notice certain patterns appear, you will be able to recognise them in your own games.

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.

Good moves take time, aso do you know how Magnus became champion? He practiced for a long time to get champion title. Every GM was once a beginner like you. I trust that you will be a GM!
