In the game setup settings you can choose a longer game duration if you want. So e.g., if 10 minutes is too short, then try 30 minutes. Certainly with more practice you will be able to choose reasonable moves in less time, and so can then go back to 10 minutes if you want. On the other hand, in timed games, managing your remaining time is part of the skill. So you have to judge how much time you need to find a good move vs. the risk of making a bad move vs. how much time you have left etc. In bullet games for instance (1 minute), there's very little time to think so one has to make risk vs. reward judgments very quickly. Equally, you can make your opponent run down their clock faster by putting them in positions where they have to think for a long time about their moves.
I keep run out of time what should I do?

Start playing more and more bullet games.
Because then you will have an idea of how to think fast.
But don't play super fast in Blitz or Rapid. If the position is complicated use a little time to find the best move.
The same happened to me as well when I started playing chess online.

Some positions require calculation, and other only require you to play a somewhat logical move. Recognizing when the second appears can save you lots of time.

I’m kinda new to chess and every time I’m playing with someone else I think carefully, but I run out of time when I think carefully, If I don’t think I’ll get a bunch of blunders, is it just because I don’t have too much experience or?
